Willow Restaurant in Ballsston is run by acclaimed chef/owner Tracy O’Grady, formerly of Kinkead’s. They are a regular participant in DC Restaurant Week and the Taste of Arlington.  Year round they have Thursday night wine tastings from 5:30 to 7:30.
