Thai Noy in Westover Shopping Center offers indoor dining in an attractive setting with Thai artifacts and hand painted tables as well as an outdoor deck surrounded by flower boxes.  The menu includes Spring rolls, Pad Thai, satays, stir-fries, curries and daily specials.
