#82 – Get Wood Fired Pizza at Pupatella

Try the newly opened Pupatella Neopolitan Pizzeria on Wilson Boulevard. They are known for their red food cart at the Ballston Metro.  The pizzeria has a wood fired pizza oven that heats up to 800-1000 degrees, meaning pizzas cook in about 1 minute.  They have a great outdoor space as well.  And have now opened a second Arlington location on S. Walter Reed Drive as well as expanding to other locations in the DC metropolitan area and Richmond.
