The Arlington Environmental Collection and Recycling Event (E-CARE) is a biannual event at which residents can safely dispose of household hazardous materials, bikes, small metal items, shoes, clothing and other recyclable items. The Spring 2015 event will be held at Thomas Jefferson Middle School on Saturday, April 18th from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
