Little Tiger Dumplings, the newer Rosslyn outpost inside Upside on Moore above the Rosslyn Metro station, extends the same menu to the north Arlington corridor, offering six kinds of handmade dumplings alongside dan dan noodles, Chengdu spicy wontons, scallion pancakes, fried rice, and bubble tea.
