Explore Fitness, Mind/Body & Healthy Aging Classes at VHC Health

VHC Health is far more than a hospital — it’s one of Arlington’s most active community wellness partners, offering an impressive roster of fitness and mind/body classes open to the public throughout the year. The fitness class schedule includes Body Sculpt, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Pilates, Gentle Pilates, Adaptive/Seated Yoga, and balance-focused classes like Boost Your Balance, with sessions offered both in-person at the hospital campus on N. George Mason Drive and virtually via Zoom. Additional offerings include Tai Chi, Senior Fitness, Feldenkrais, Zumba, Cardio Dance, and Exercise Fundamentals — a genuinely broad menu accommodating everything from a competitive workout to gentle movement for mobility.

VHC’s Healthy Aging program adds free monthly lectures on topics related to aging and living well, as well as a Walk Fit program that meets Thursday mornings at Lubber Run Community Center, open to all and free of charge. Whether you’re a young professional wanting a lunchtime yoga class, a senior looking for a supportive fitness community, or a new parent seeking prenatal guidance, VHC Health’s programs offer accessible, clinically informed wellness resources that most Arlington residents don’t realize are available to them.
