Enjoy Dining at Water Bar

Water Bar is one of Arlington’s most distinctive dining spots — a breezy, coastal-themed restaurant and bar perched atop Water Park at 1601 Crystal Dr. in the heart of National Landing, the rapidly transforming neighborhood adjacent to Amazon’s HQ2. The open-air terrace overlooks the park’s infinity fountain and lush green space below, creating a resort-like atmosphere in the middle of an urban neighborhood. The menu focuses on fresh, locally sourced seafood in a laid-back coastal style: lobster rolls on brioche, a crawfish and shrimp dip with creole spice, beer-battered fish and chips, pan-seared salmon over parmesan risotto, and garlic prawn pasta with squid ink linguini.

The full bar features craft cocktails, an extensive wine list, and regional beers. Happy hour runs daily from 4–6 p.m. with seasonal drinks and discounted bites, and the venue is available for private events and catering. Note that Water Bar is seasonal and typically closes in late fall/winter, reopening in the spring. Check nlwaterpark.com or call (571) 624-9191 to confirm hours before visiting. The Pentagon City Metro station (Blue/Yellow lines) is a short walk away.
