Opening in May 2025 at the former Arlington Rooftop Bar & Grill site, Rooftop Recess is a garden-inspired, three-level restaurant with a 100-seat rooftop deck. Their weekend brunch (Saturday–Sunday, 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.) features contemporary American dishes, bottomless mimosas, and sweeping views of the Courthouse skyline — a perfect upscale daytime outing.
