Celebrate Cherry Blossom Season at Pink in the Park

National Landing Pink in the Park

Cherry blossom season in the DC area is a big deal — and National Landing makes sure Arlington gets its own slice of the pink. Pink in the Park, produced by the National Landing Business Improvement District in collaboration with Amazon and the National Cherry Blossom Festival, is an annual spring event. For 2026, the celebration returns for its fourth year, with programming running from March 21 through April 10. Best of all, it’s free.

The series kicks off with Pink in the Pool — a family swim party at Long Bridge Aquatics & Fitness Center, complete with open swim in the leisure pool, origami-making, paper lantern decorating, flower balloon twisting, a mermaid, and Japanese snacks. (Advance registration on Eventbrite is required, as space is limited.)

The series wraps up beautifully with Art of Pink at Metropolitan Park — an after-hours indoor/outdoor art showcase featuring BLOOM, an exhibition of cherry blossom-inspired work from 50+ local artists, Japanese and pan-Asian bites from local vendors, and a live paint battle with Secret Walls.

Spring in Arlington has never looked so rosy.
