The Air Force Band conducts occasional outdoor concerts during the Summer at the Air Force Memorial on Columbia Pike. Bring a picnic and lawn chairs and you can listen to the music of the Airmen of Note, the Singing Sargents, the Concert Band, or the Air Force Strings while you enjoy a great view of the monuments in DC.
NOTE: Check the Air Force Memorial website as the concerts are not scheduled as regularly as they were in the past and rules for picnics, chairs, parking, etc. may have changed due to construction and expansion of the Arlington National Cemetery around the site.
