Toby’s Homemade Ice Cream at Westover Village (formerly Scoops Beauregard’s) serves up gourmet super premium ice cream they say is richer and fuller in flavor than mass produced frozen desserts. Toby’s also sells ice cream cakes.  Try their Ube ice cream made from purple yams from the Philippines.

Toby’s now has a location in Metropolitan Park at National Landing as well.
