Also coming up on May 1, 2011 is the Top Dog Half Smoke Challenge where ten Chefs, including Domaso’s Paul Healey, The Source’s Scott Drewno, Liberty Tavern’s Liam LaCivita, and Jackson 20’s Dennis Marron, will compete by offering their own rendition of DC’s Half Smoke. All proceeds benefit Brain Food, an organization that teaches inner city kids cooking and life skills.
