Visit The BikeArlington website which includes many links to sites where you can find others who have the same interest in bike riding and a similar skill level. If you are not comfortable riding yet there are adult classes to learn to ride as well as basic bike skills.
#363 – Come to the Friends of the Arlington Library Book Sale
The Friends of the Arlington Public Library Book Sale occurs twice a year – once in the Spring and again in the Fall. The Spring 2024 sale begins with a members only event Thursday April 18th and it will be open to the public April 19-21 in the Central Library Parking Garage. Hours Friday and Saturday are from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 11-5 pm when everything is half price. The Friends have held a book sale to benefit the Arlington Public Library since 1976. Today, money earned through the Friends continues to support Library programming and collections, including the One Book – One Community program, Arlington Reads. Take group classes or get individual boxing training at Urban Boxing Arlington. Classes include boxing, kickboxing, sparring, muay thai, jiu jitsu, kids boxing and a bootcamp.

The Glencarlyn Spring Celebration and Plant Sale is an annual event. It will be held this year on April 20th, 2024 from 10-3 at the Glencarlyn Library Garden.

The expo offered free classes and exhibits for one-stop shopping and information on a wide array of home improvements. More than 60 home builders, contractors and specialist vendors, architects, inspectors, realtors, master gardeners, banks, nonprofit organizations and Arlington County housing, zoning and inspection representatives were on hand.
