Practice your own swing at the batting cages at Upton Hill Regional Park at 6060 Wilson Blvd. They have has six baseball cages with slow, medium and fast pitch speeds; and three softball cages, including slow and fast pitch speeds. Bats and helmets are provided free of charge.
