Participate in DC Dining Out for Life on Thursday, March 10th, 2011. Participating restaurants will donate from 25-110% of your bill to Food & Friends which prepares, packages and delivers meals and groceries to more than 2,800 people living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other life-challenging illnesses throughout the Washington metropolitan area. Arlington Restaurants participating in the program include Carlyle in Shirlington, which is a sponsor, Santa Fe Cafe (which will donate 50% of the bill), Freddie’s Beach Bar (110%), Delhi Club (35%), Thaiphoon (25%), Busboys and Poets (35%), Luna Grill (35%), Domaso (25%) and Guapo (25%).

In the past Arlington has had a booth at the main Arlington Post Office during NCPW to teach consumers how to protect their privacy, stay safe online, avoid identity theft and steer clear of the latest fraud schemes.
