#17 – Visit Potomac Overlook Park and Nature Center
Potomac Overlook Park in the Potomac Palisades in North Arlington offers 70 acres of peaceful woodland, trails, educational gardens, a small picnic area and a Nature Center. The Nature Center has a new exhibit called the “Energerium”, where visitors can learn energy basics and ways they can help create sustainable energy solutions. #16 – Eat at Lebanese Taverna
One of my favorite things to do in the Spring and Summer here is dine al fresco at one of the many restaurants in Clarendon, Pentagon Row or just in my own backyard. New to the outdoor dining scene this year is Lebanese Taverna in Westover Village which was one of our family’s favorites even without outdoor dining. Their Pentagon Row location also offers outdoor dining. You can choose from a variety of hot and cold mezzas or entrees.
