BRGR Shack just opened in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington. 4215 Fairfax Drive. Open 11-10 daily. They serve grass-fed beef burgers, regular and sweet potato fries, salads, beer, and shakes. What’s YOUR favorite burger joint in Arlington, now that we have so many to choose from?

#284 – Try Fine Lebanese Cuisine at Me Jana
I’ve written about most of the restaurants participating in DC Restaurant week but don’t think I have mentioned Me Jana, an upscale Lebanese restaurant in Clarendon. Northern Virginia magazine named it one of the “50 Best Restaurants” in Northern Virginia. It’s definitely one of my family’s favorites. Choose from hot and cold mezza as well as main plates including lamb shank, kebobs and branzino.
#277 – Come to Samuel Beckett’s Irish Gastro Pub
Samuel Beckett’s Irish Gastro Pub is Shirlington Village’s newest restaurant. “A true taste of Ireland in the heart of Arlington”, they just opened Saturday January 8th, 2011 and will be having a limited menu for the first week (serving from 3PM to 1 am) with a full menu including lunch and brunch and opening at 11:30 beginning Monday, January 17th.
#274 – Come to Flamenco Friday at La Tasca
La Tasca, a Spanish tapas bar and restaurant in Clarendon has a live Flamenco show every Friday from 7:30-9 PM. On Saturdays they have Karavan Gipsy Music beginning at 9 PM.
