Matsutake is a Japanese Steak House and Sushi Bar in Ballston. We love to go here for special occasions to sit around the hibachi grill and watch the Japanese chefs at work, throwing knives, making flaming volcanoes out of onions, cracking eggs in the air, and other entertaining tricks.
