#76 – Enjoy Live Music at The Renegade
The Renegade in Clarendon is open from 11 am – 2 am Mondays-Saturdays and 11 am – 9 pm Sundays with live music on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. They are open for dine-in, patio service, takeout and delivery and also do catering and private events. Happy Hours occur every day from 4-7PM

#73 – Run in the Amazon Conservation Team Run for the Rainforest 5K
The annual Amazon Conservation Team Run for the Rainforest 5K at Pentagon Row is typically held the last weekend in June. The race is the first and only charity race in the Washington Metropolitan area that directly benefits rainforest conservation and indigenous community support. In addition, a school supply drive is held in conjunction with the race to collect items needed for children that attend school in the rainforest villages of Suriname and Colombia.

Are you a runner? Visit Pacers Running Stores in Clarendon. Besides the shop, which has a large selection of footwear, apparel, and accessories, they have clinics, injury assessments, training programs, fun runs and races throughout the year. Pacers Arlington was recently awarded the “Best Customer Service” award by Arlington County among all county businesses and was tops in the mid-Atlantic region among running specialty stores by the Independent Running Retailers Association.
#66 – Play Disc Golf or Ultimate Frisbee at Bluemont Park
Bluemont Park at 329 N. Manchester Street has an ultimate frisbee course where tight fairways, trees, hills, and a creek all come into play. There are four pin placements and three cement tees on each of the nine holes. For more information, visit the Professional Disc Golf Association

#65 – Ride in the Armed Forces Cycling Classic
The Armed Forces Cycling Classic is held in early to mid-June featuring two full days of riding and racing from kids to top pros in Clarendon and Crystal City. You can sign up to ride or just come out to cheer them on.
Clarendon Cup
Saturday will feature the Clarendon Cup, the Washington area’s premier Pro/Am races. High speed bike races will take place on a 1 kilometer course on city streets. There will be amateur races in the morning, followed by the women’s Pro/Am race and kids’ races, which begin at 11:35 a.m. The Men’s Pro race begins approximately 12:05 and is 100 laps.
Crystal Cup
On Sunday, races begin at 7:00am with a closed course open to cyclists of all abilities, the Air Force Association Cycling Classic’s Challenge Ride. All riders must be off the course by 10am.
Some of the top pros in the world will participate in the Men’s pro race, which will be gin immediately after the Challenge Ride. There will be kids’ races, women’s and senior men’s races later in the day.
