Colonial Village Neighborhood Highlights
Colonial Village is a community with about 1000 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in a park-like setting near the Rosslyn and Courhouse Metro Stations. Most of the homes, originally built in the 30’s and 40’s to help house federal workers under the New Deal, were converted to condominiums by Mobil Land Corporation. But there are still 22 rental buildings and 10 co-op buildings. It’s close proximity to Washington, DC and the Metro, along with the Colonial Revival style period charm, the serene park-like setting, and the relatively affordable price for the area, make it a very desirable community to live in.
